ABOUT THE BREWERY
Engineered by hand, 3 Ravens beers are the product of a craft brewing process in which traditional methods meet exacting standards. They take care to emphasise quality over quantity and use only the finest natural ingredients. Their Beer now undergoes a gentle filtration to remove fermenter yeast. The age old process of bottle conditioning is then started with a small amount of fresh live brewers yeast. This creates a clearer, brighter beer unmasking and enhancing the flavour, aroma and body of their premium natural ingredients.

3 Ravens 55 American Pale Ale
First brewed on 3 Raven's 5th Birthday. Five assertive hops meet a blend of barley, corn, wheat, oats and rye. Floral aromatics lead to a structured maltiness and clean finish. Traditional bottle conditioning naturally carbonates this beer and helps add to its complexity.
3 Ravens Golden Altbier
3 Ravens Golden is a German style ale. Soft and generously bodied, it is a beer that showcases fruity notes and a smooth lingering maltiness. The addition of Saaz hops from Bohemia adds a balancing medium bitterness and spicy aroma. Traditional bottle conditioning naturally carbonates this beer and helps add to its complexity.
3 Ravens English Extra Special Bitter
3 Ravens English is a classic place ale in the British tradition. Fuggle & Golding hops offer earthy, spicy aromas and stalwart bitterness, whilst floor-malted Maris Otter barley and traditional crystal malts gently underpin this companionable drop. Traditional bottle conditioning naturally carbonates this beer and helps add to its complexity.

3 Ravens White Witbier is an exotic ale, based on traditional Belgian Witbier. Sweet barley malt is balanced with tart wheat and spiced with coriander & citrus peel, resulting in a rich yet quenching brew.
